The market research institute Potentialpark has honored the global healthcare group Fresenius for the eighth consecutive year as the German company with the best overall Internet offering for job applicants.

In Potentialpark’s 2019 study, Fresenius not only took first place in the overall category for all career-relevant online activities. but won in three of the four individual categories: Online Application Management, Mobile, and Career Website. The company was third in the Social Media category.

Potentialpark has carried out an annual study of German companies’ online offerings for job applicants since 2002. For this year’s study, Potentialpark assessed the online activities of 141 German companies according to more than 300 criteria. More than 40,000 students and graduates around the world were surveyed about their preferences.

“Today, contact between job-seekers and companies takes place predominantly through digital channels,” said Markus Olbert, Senior Vice President Corporate Human Resources at Fresenius. “We’re very happy that for years, our digital offering has met the needs of our target groups. Having digitalized our information offering, first contact and application process, we are now putting the last piece into place with the digitalization of our onboarding.”
