LACP 2010 Vision Award
From the League of American Communications Professionals (LACP) we again received the Silver Award for our annual report in the category ‘Health Care – Equipment & Supplies’.
„This year’s annual report for Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA proves to be remarkable in light of tremendous competition,“ said Christine Kennedy, LACP Managing Director. “More than 5,000 entries were received for the 2010 Vision Awards, comprising submissions from upwards of two-dozen countries and 800 entities.
Overall, we find this work to be outstanding, earning a total score of 96 out of a maximum 100 points. The first impression presented by this annual report is exceptional while the cover is outstanding. The Letter to Shareholders presented to readers is exceptional while the report narrative is superb. The work is supported by a robust financials section that we believe is exceptional.
The level of creativity exhibited in the report judged for Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA is superb, which is supported by excellent clarity in communicating this year’s key messages. It should also be noted that accessibility to key information sought by readers is outstanding.
In summary, we congratulate the entire team involved with this year’s work. We classify this entry as being among the best annual reports within its industry this year.”
Award for 2010 Online Annual Report
LACP Spotlight Award
Fresenius SE’s online annual report received the “Gold Award” in the 2011 spotlight awards competition presented by the League of American Communications Professionals LLC (LACP). This year, the jury consisting of communications experts from various sectors and functions reviewed a total of more than 1,500 online annual reports. Among these entries, Fresenius SE ranked 73th in the category “Top 100 Communication Materials.”
Awards for 2010 and 2009 Print Annual Report
In the competition for the best annual report 2010 conducted by the German business magazine „manager magazin" over 200 annual reports published by German and European companies were analyzed. In the DAX category, Fresenius was ranked 7th and 11th for the criteria "language" and "content".
In the competition by the German communication consulting group Kirchhoff Consult, Fresenius SE’s online annual report 2010 came 12th in the DAX and MDAX category. The analyzed criteria included conception, design, service and good practice.
